This garage conversion in Liverpool was needed by Mr. Jennings of Childwall to provide suitable accommodation for his elderly mum who required 24 hour care. The project was finished on time and on budget and Mrs. Jennings is now the proud occupant of her ground floor granny flat. And, upon recommendation from Fiveways, we even converted a little used understairs cloakroom into a handy downstairs convenience.
